How do I enroll in Mabuhay Miles?
You may enroll via www.mabuhaymiles.com. Enrollment forms are also available at the Mabuhay Miles Service Center, PAL ticket offices, check-in counters and airport lounges.
When will I receive my permanent membership card?
You will receive your membership credentials with a permanent membership card, 4 to 6 weeks after you accumulate 1,000 Flight Miles on Eligible Tickets with PAL or PAL Codeshare flights
On Earning Miles
How do I ensure the Miles I earn are credited to my account?
Quote your Mabuhay Miles membership number when making your reservations, and present your membership card when you claim your ticket and upon check-in at the airport.
For products / services availed from program partners, remember to quote your Mabuhay Miles membership number and present your membership card at the counter.
Will my Miles expire?
Miles expire at the end of the calendar quarter, 3 years from the date on which they are earned.
How do I claim missing miles?
You may request retro-active crediting of missing Flight Miles on-line or fax your passenger coupon(s) and boarding pass (es) within the past 12 months from your travel date to the Mabuhay Miles Service Center. New members may claim for retroactive crediting for flights flown up to 1 month prior to enrollment date. For non-flight activities, kindly request for retroactive crediting directly from the program partners within 6 months from activity date.
Buy Miles / Miles Transfer
How do I purchase Miles?Simply accomplish the Buy Miles Request Form and proceed to the Mabuhay Miles Service Center or any PAL Ticket Office with the payment and valid ID with photo of the member.
How many Miles may be purchased for each request?
Miles may be purchased in increments of 1,000 Miles at $25 plus processing fee of $10 and applicable taxes. A maximum 25,000 Miles per calendar year may be purchased. A Member must have 50% of the required redemption miles in his account prior to the Buy Miles request.
Can I transfer miles?
Yes, you may transfer miles to another Mabuhay Miles account in the increments of 1,000 miles at a cost of $15 plus processing fee and applicable taxes. Minimum transfer is 2,000 miles and maximum of 25,000 miles per calendar year.
